Snowmobile Rentals Terms and Conditions
All Operators must have a valid drivers license.
All operators must be a minimum of 21 years old.
All operators of our equipment (Snow machines) must sign our waiver of liability.
Daily rental is from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
Sunday rental from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
No Half day reservations.
Fuel and oil are not included.
Trail Maps are included.
The Lessee is responsible for any and all damages including but not limited to theft, collision, and vandalism. Insurance for collision and theft is not available.
A 25% non-refundable fee for reservations is required in order to confirm all rentals.
We require a $2500.00 damage deposit and full rental rate prior to any snowmobile rental. Deposits may either be cash or an authorized credit card hold.
Mountain Trout House Marina reserves the right to refuse rentals to anyone whom presents a danger to themselves or others.
No persons shall consume alcohol or drugs of any kind while operating or prior to operating any snow machine, prescription or other. Keep in mind over the counter cold and flu medications may reduce alertness and should also be avoided.
Proper safety equipment MUST be worn during the operation of any snow machine.
Helmets are not included however we have a limited number for rental. A balaclava must be worn under the helmet.
All Snow machines must be operated on marked OFSC trails only.
Mountain Trout House Marina reserves the right to cancel any rental agreements or remaining agreement due to unsafe trail conditions, without notice.
Mountain Trout House Marina reserves the right to change Rates and Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
Mountain Trout House does not rent snowmobiles unless the trails are officially open. This is determined by the local snowmobile club and is visible through the Tall Pines Web Site.
